Getting comfortable with your pillow
A contoured pillow can feel different from a traditional pillow. Rest your head in the central area and position the curved support beneath your neck, keeping your shoulders on the mattress.
Choose the orientation that feels comfortable for you. If a position increases discomfort, stop using that position. For persistent neck pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
