it's impossible to exaggerate how much it's improved my quality of life. I was waking up daily with pinched nerves that made it impossible to get out of bed. Would have to cancel all plans, no matter how important. Now the pinched nerves only happen once or twice a month. Total game changer. I think the main benefit comes from the sort of "cradle" it puts your head in.

I used to have to use a travel neck pillow every night, but this kind of neck pillow does what I need it to-keeps my neck from ending up in weird positions during the night which makes my existing arthritis and DDD worse and causes pain in the morning that makes it difficult to move my neck at first. I had an updated cervical spine MRI last December that showed a lot more deterioration than the MRI I had in February 2023. It amazes me how quickly the damage can develop. But I was having so much pain that I wasn’t surprised by the results. I don’t know if sleeping positions can really cause damage but I noticed that my head, unsupported, would end up at the end of my ROM which of course is way more than human beings are meant to move.

The comfort cloud pillow literally saved my neck. Don't roll that often anymore, have a nice area to wedge hand. I am coming out of a bad flare and this thing really helped.

Hello, I have a loot of neck issues that were found a few months back when I thought I had a simple tear in a muscle. Arthritis, bulging disks, deterioration, stenosis and so many pinched nerves that I can't get injections unless I find a way to lower the amount through physio. So my neck is utter hell and some sneezes honestly feel like I may die.

I have terrible migraines. Would wake up with them. Got one of these It’s been life changing for me. Obviously how I sleep was triggering them. As the pillow supports my neck more I’m guessing that’s what was starting them and they’re much less often now.

i’m also a side sleeper with neck pain. I was recently dealing with on and off neck pain after sleep, sometimes spasms that limited my range of motion for days. I had my wife take pictures of me in sleeping position with covers off and it was clear that my neck was out of alignment and I needed a thinner pillow. I was surprised because most advice I read suggested thicker for side sleep. If you hunch your head forward to look at your phone a lot, cervical support can be corrective. Exercises too. These pillows’ real value is to help train yourself to sleep on your back.

after 2 years of severe neck pain at the base of my skull (only on the right side). For me, it has helped the pain tremendously. I noticed a difference on the first night. I’ve been using it ever since. Definitely takes a second to get used to (especially as a mostly side sleeper), but I’m so glad I gave it a shot because I was desperate and had been living off of Motrin 800mg. I haven’t had a migraine since I’ve started using it.

I got this pillow 2 weeks ago after long term issues with my neck that in the past month had been developing into an ocular migraine. I know it was from my posture while working at a desk all day. I got this cervical pillow and it has completely eliminated this issue with my neck. It felt weird using it for the first day or so, but it’s so comfortable now that I’m used to it. Would recommend for anyone else in the same situation!

I ordered this pillow. Just got it today and am excited to use it! Would prefer it to be a bit more firm, but it feels good so far. Like I can actually feel that my head/neck are being cradled differently. I’ll let you all know how I feel in the am. Edit: okay, so I like the way it feels, and even though it’s not super firm, it doesn’t squish flat. I woke up a little sore this morning, but it was more a “different pillow” sore than “migraine” sore. So I’m gonna give it a few more nights and see how I like it then. Second edit: so I’ve had this pillow for about a week now, and surprisingly I do love it! I haven’t woken up with a migraine once this entire week. I still get migraines for different reasons, but at least I’m not in pain when I wake up. If your migraines are mostly sleep induced from the pillow you’re using, I would definitely recommend this one!

I’m kind of a newbie to skincare at 42. One thing I was seeing was a droopy right eyebrow and couldn’t figure out why. Tried facial massage, silk pillowcases, and watching my expressions but it wasn’t helping until I made this change. Now it’s about 10% of what it was after about 4 months of training myself to sleep on my back (have always been a right side sleeper). No more smushing that side of my face. Lol To be clear I think the massage did help the change of sleep position, but by itself, it was pointless. Is this commonly known and I’m just late to the realization? Of all the learning I’ve done over the past year, I rarely hear/read anything mentioning this

So if you’ve been considering it for 3 or 4 years like me…. buy the dang pillow.

I was a bit nervous but decided to order 2 for me and my husband. This pillow does not disappoint! It feels supper soft with the right amount of firmness and support and keeps your head and neck in the perfect position. I usually sleep in the fetal position scrunched up like a ball and have bad posture so I wake up with terrible neck, Shoulder and back pain. It’s only been 2 nights of sleeping on this pillow and I’m waking up in the morning feeling like I actually got sleep and I’m not in pain. The price point is perfect and worth it. Good quality pillow. Also no odor from the pillow.

I don't wanna jump the gun too soon but so far as a side sleeper I think this is the best pillow for sleep I've ever had. They really thought this one out as far as the science behind it goes. It's like ergonomic for your neck and shoulders. The neck pain is gone and I'm not exaggerating, it's gone. It snuggles my shoulders and neck just right and I've genuinely noticed I'm waking up less and I'm in genuine profound sleep for longer. One huge plus is I can sleep on my back as well bc the design is also for that apart from sleeping on your side. It stays nice and cool all night too which is another plus feature. At first I thought it was a little too low in height it kinda turned me off but I said before I return it let me give it a genuine shot. The firmness for me is perfect but that something that varies among the individual person some ppl prefer more firm pillows and others softer pillows. But this one overall has quite impressed me.

This pillow is great. I started using it when my migraines were getting bad, and it helped reduce them. At first I would only use it when my neck hurt or if I had a migraine, but I just ordered a second one because my husband and I would both want to use it! I am very much a side sleeper as well, and if you flip it 180 degrees, it’s more comfortable support for side sleeping. Definitely recommend this to my fellow old people, lol
