Sleeping with this pillow has relieved back pain. The strap keeps the pillow between my legs all night. I kept losing my previous strapless pillow during the night.

I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia and was a couple of months away from surgery. As a side sleeper, I also wanted to see if the suggestion to try a "leg" pillow would make sleeping more comfortable. I'd tried using either a spare pillow or even a smaller throw pillow, but that never really worked. When I saw this with the attached strap, I thought I'd give it a try. The strap is adjustable enough to fit various leg sizes, so it was never too tight or loose and stayed in place all night. I admit, for me, it worked. I'm more comfortable sleeping and the cover is removable for laundering when needed. The memory foam is "just right" in firmness. Not so firm it won't compress slightly and contour correctly, yet not so soft it becomes almost worthless in use. I will admit it took a couple of nights to become accustomed to having it in place, but now it's routine to use and I really don't even notice it.

I have had to use a pillow of sorts for my knees for a very long time and, as a result, I have tried many types of knee pillow, even just regular pillows. They work to some extent, but often times I would find them somewhere else. With the strap, this one stays in place and I am sleeping better because of its comfort.
