These Terms of Service govern your use of nollixe.com and purchases made through our store. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Prices, Payments and Promotions
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges collected by us will be disclosed before you complete your purchase. Any known additional charges not collected by us will be explained where applicable.
You agree to use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use. Payments are subject to the relevant payment provider’s processing and verification procedures.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes will not retroactively alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

We take reasonable care to maintain accurate website information. If a material pricing or product information error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any options available under applicable law.
We will not charge an increased price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated processing or delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, on relevant product pages or at checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery times are estimates. If a significant delay affects your order, contact us for assistance.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to change it, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
If your order appears lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact hello@nollixe.com so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Your rights concerning delivery, cancellation and responsibility for goods in transit remain governed by applicable law.
9. Returns, Refunds and Order Changes
Voluntary returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the Return and Refund Policy presented before your purchase, together with any mandatory legal rights.
Any advertised trial period or additional guarantee applies only according to its disclosed terms.

We cannot guarantee that a voluntary cancellation or change can be completed once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights.
Our policies do not exclude rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, or other protections available under applicable consumer law.

If you create an account, keep your account information accurate and your access credentials confidential.
